Christian Mata

Christian Mata Born in Monterrey, Mexico. Christian got his bachelor’s in communications from ICAHM in Monterrey. He began his radio career at a young age while living on the Mexican border. Soon after, he joined Televisa Monterrey in the sports and entertainment division. In addition to his media expertise, Christian has earned various other certifications in radio, television, photography, and advertising, and has participated in film projects as well as being the official voice for professional soccer teams.

In 2013, Christian joined Digital 101.5 FM bringing all the joy, vitality, and youthful spirit that the “Digital Morning Show” is known for. His trademark greeting to all “Princesas, Brothers y Banda” sounds loud across the Rio Grande Valley and Northeast Tamaulipas.

He is on-air every Monday through Friday mornings, from 6 am to 11 am on Digital 101.5 FM

Christian is also on-air Monday through Friday on Digital 94.9 FM, afternoons 4 pm-5 pm and 6 pm-7 pm.

Christian has interviewed and presented Urban & Pop artists of the moment, such as: Bad Bunny, Prince Royce, J Balvin, Maluma, Sofia Reyes, and Mijares among others.
